Nice coat, delivery could improve
I ordered a wool coat during their mid-season sale. The coat itself is really good quality and looks just like the pictures online. I'm happy with the fit and the warmth. However, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, around 7 business days, and the tracking updates weren't always very clear.
